This is a popular restaurant serving the most traditional and authentic plates of the Lebanese cuisine, it is a good place to go in groups and order different dishes to taste different flavours.

The Al Aseel Fattoush salad: an exquisite combination of ingredients including tomato, cucumber, radish, pomegranate and crispy fried Lebanese bread in a lemon and olive oil dressing. Also the The Al Aseel Tabouli which adds cucumber, lettuce and mint to the traditional recipe.
For dips, the Baba ghanouj was made of roasted eggplant, tahini and garlic had an enjoyable intense smoky flavour. The hommos was dressed with olive oil.
For entries, the deep fried kibbe was a perfectly cooked and well-seasoned crispy croquette made with spicy mincemeat. The cheese Ladies fingers were crispy and extremely delicious, made of deep fried pastry filled with a three-cheese mix and parsley.

This is a fully licensed restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with 4 other restaurants in NSW. Bookings are highly recommended.
