Tzatsiki!

Serves 2

Preparation time: 5 min

Ingredients:

* 1 cucumber finely chopped

* 1 teaspoon of garlic paste

* 3 spoons of Greek or buffalo milk yoghurt

* 2 tablespoons of lime juice

* Sea salt to taste

* Dried Mint

Procedure:

1. Mix in a bowl the cucumber, garlic paste, yoghurt, lime juice

2. Season with sea salt

3. Garnish with dried mint and serve

Serving recommendations:

This is the perfect side for charcoal chicken, BBQ meat or grilled seafood!
