Bōrn by Tapavino!

Bōrn by Tapavino is located in the restaurant area of the Streets of Barangaroo.

They serve a variety of Spanish Tapas and food to share including entrees, meat & seafood dishes, salads, cheese plates and desserts.

They have an endless list of boutique and artisan wines and sherries from Spain.

All the dishes we ordered were beautifully presented. We enjoyed the Manchego cheese churros with smoked chorizo mayo, the buttery and tasty jamón serrano with salted rocketmelon balls & mint, and the cured salmon plate with cream cheese & shallots. We also had the Burgos morcilla with candied apple & walnut cream.

For dessert we shared a delicious Dulce de leche fondant with candied apples, walnuts and Pedro Ximenez cream.

Bōrn by Tapavino is open for lunch & dinner 7 days a week and is fully licenced.
